Position: Network Manager for the Change Lab Research Institute (1 Year Contract)

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + 4% Vacation Pay
Saint Mary’s University seeks a Network Manager for the The Change Lab Action Research Institute (CLARI) who will be responsible for all operations including the development of a business model to sustain the Network. Reporting to the Director of the Office of Innovation and Community Engagement, the successful candidate will be responsible for all operations, liaising with founding partners, other partners and community stakeholders, engaging the community, developing community projects, coordinating the space, implementing the change lab process, advertising and promotions, fund-raising and bringing together required resources both within Saint Mary’s and other partnerships to support NS communities. Other responsibilities include support research and knowledge sharing on social and cultural innovation as well as initiate new partnerships to solve complex (social and cultural) challenges and design and implement innovative interventions. The Network Manager is an agile professional whose goals will include inviting broad stakeholder conversations during the discovery stages of an initiative that would involve public & private sector and citizen participation and proposing options for the infusion of social innovation in Nova Scotia.
