Free Information Session on Mentorship Training for Mentors and Mentees

Originally posted on May 4, 2015 by myUNBnews

There has been a lot of talk of mentoring lately—most organizations claim to be doing it, or want to be doing it. At the same time, there is a lot of confusion as to what mentoring is and what direction and support it needs to be successful.

The UNB College of Extended Learning is working in partnership with Saint Mary’s University Division of Continuing Education, which has developed two powerful workshops – two days for Mentors and one day for Mentees that prepares both parties to enter into a mentoring partnership with clarity, confidence, inspiration, and a commitment to excellence.

You are invited to join Kevin Schwenker, FCMC, workshop facilitator for a free information session to learn more about these programs and how they can be a strategic asset to companies and organizations who commit their people to develop the skills required to build and sustain mentoring partnerships in their workplaces.
