The morning portion of the workshop will cover the following topics: IP Overview and Protection, IP Ownership and Management and Commercialization Agreements. The afternoon portion of the workshop will focus on Student IP (Ownership, Policies, Case Studies).

The workshop will be focused on IP issues and how they relate to academic research and collaborative projects. It will feature speakers from the University of New Brunswick, Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO), Fogler Rubinoff, Barristers & Solicitors and Springboard Atlantic.
